Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of Clubs Hub. By signing in and using Clubs Hub, you agree to them. Clubs Hub is made available to a school by that school's administration, and each school's use of Clubs Hub is separate and independent from every other school's.

What Clubs Hub is

Clubs Hub is a club administration platform for schools. It gives students a directory of their school's clubs to browse and join, gives club officers and advisors tools to run meetings, take attendance, and submit and approve meeting minutes, and gives administrators a way to review club applications and oversee their school's club program. Clubs Hub is a record-keeping and coordination tool — it doesn't make decisions about club approval, funding, or discipline on its own; those decisions remain your school's.

Eligibility and accounts

Access to Clubs Hub is restricted to current students and staff of a participating school, and sign-in is only available through that school's official Google account domain. Whether you sign in as a student or as staff is determined by your school's official roster, not something you choose or self-report. Administrative permissions on top of that (student admin or teacher admin status) are granted only by a teacher admin at your school.

You're responsible for any activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, let your school administrator know as soon as possible.

Acceptable use

By using Clubs Hub, you agree that you will not:

  • Provide false information in a club application, meeting minutes, or an attendance check-in.
  • Check in another person for attendance they didn't actually attend, or otherwise misrepresent attendance records.
  • Attempt to access another user's account, or data belonging to a school you're not a member of.
  • Attempt to bypass, probe, or interfere with Clubs Hub's access controls, security, or normal operation.
  • Use Clubs Hub for anything unrelated to your school's club activities, or in a way that violates your school's own policies or code of conduct.

Violating these terms may result in your account being suspended or deactivated, at your school administration's discretion.

Content you submit

When you submit meeting minutes, a club application, or other content through Clubs Hub, you're confirming that it's accurate to the best of your knowledge. Content you submit becomes part of your school's official club records and may be reviewed by your club's advisor and your school's administrators as part of normal club oversight.

Suspension and termination

Your access can be deactivated by your school administration at any time — most commonly because you've left the school and no longer appear on its active roster, but also for a violation of these terms or your school's policies. Deactivating an account removes sign-in access; it doesn't erase the historical meeting, attendance, or club records already associated with that account, since those remain part of the club's official record.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Clubs Hub is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Clubs Hub is a record-keeping and coordination tool, not a guarantee of the accuracy of information entered by users. Clubs Hub is operated by YOUR NAME HERE. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOUR NAME HERE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Clubs Hub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
